Ch'ang Fei Yi-te
?-221.A general in Shu. A big rowdy, but faithful to Liu Pei. Frequently got disgustinglly drunk. Assassined by his men in a war against Wu.





Chao Yun Tsu-lung
A general in Shu. Bracing and brave. When he died, K'ung-ming grieved for him, realizing he was like a right arm to him.





Chou Yu Kung-chin
A general in Wu. Sun Ch'uan's brother Sun Ts'e's closed friend and brother-in-law. Handsome and intelligent. One of K'ung-ming's rival. Died young.




Chu-ko Liang K'ung-ming
181-234. A Prime Minister of Shu. The most excellent strategist in China. Called a sleeping dragon. Threatened enemies with smart and outstanding strategies. Relied by Liu Pei, and loved by his people. Gentle and merciful, but sometimes got cold to pursue his military policy.



Kuan Yu Yin-chang
?-219. A brave and faithful general in Shu. Greatly contributed to Liu Pei's fulfilling his ambition. Killed in a war against Wu.






Liu Pei Hsuan-te
161-223. An uncle of Hsien Ti, the last emperor of Han dynasty. Established Shu in 221. Pursued peace, desiring to revive the Han dynasty. Deeply loved by his people and soldiers.





Ssu-ma I Chung-ta
A notorious schemer in Wei. Ts'ao Ts'ao didn't make much of him because he realized he had further design in his mind, but three generations after him relied on him. His grandson Ssu-ma Yen usurped the throne from the Ts'ao.



Sun Ch'uan Chung-mou
Established Wu in 221. Had a scarlet hair and green eyes. Perfectly trusted his men. When a retraiter slandered Chu-Ko Chin, K'ung-ming's brother, he said, 'he is really faithful. He shouldn't double-cross.'





Ts'ao Ts'ao Meng-te
155-220. A cruel and ice monarch in Wei. Made the emperor a puppet to grip the anuthority. Ambitious to usurp the throne.
